Color Season Quiz vs. a Color Analysis Quiz

The names can cover different activities. This quiz asks about colors you enjoy together; it does not assess a photo or establish which colors suit your physical features. Its seasonal label is a suggestion for play and reflection.

Read our guide to seasonal color analysis for the palette vocabulary and the limits of this approach.

If you enjoy symbolic color language too, explore aura colors meaning as a separate self-reflection exercise.

How your answers become a palette

  1. Rate 24 statements about the combinations you enjoy.
  2. Six answers form each of four preference axes.
  3. A fixed editorial rule suggests the nearest palette profile.

Opposite statements balance each axis. All four axes have equal weight. Closely matched seasons are flagged; answers near the middle get a tentative label. No result is an accuracy score or a rule for your wardrobe.

Color season questions

What color season am I?

This quiz offers a season and subtype based on 24 answers about colors you enjoy together. It cannot determine your physical coloring. Read the four preference axes, compare the nearby season, and try a few combinations before deciding whether the label is useful.

How can I find my seasonal color palette for free?

Start with the clothes or objects you already have. Group colors you enjoy by warmth, depth, clarity, and contrast, then use this free quiz as a second view of those preferences. All four axes, the subtype, and palette suggestions are included without an account.

What are the 12 color seasons?

This quiz uses Light, Warm, and Bright Spring; Light, Cool, and Soft Summer; Soft, Warm, and Deep Autumn; and Deep, Cool, and Bright Winter. These are convenient palette labels. Different guides may use different names, and the labels are not scientific categories.

Can I take a color season quiz without a photo or email?

Yes. You answer statements about palette preferences, with no photo upload, email, or account. A shared result shows the season, subtype, and preference summary, not your individual answers. Anyone with its link can read and reshare it.

Is a free color analysis test the same as this quiz?

The terms are sometimes used for different activities. Some tests ask about appearance or images; this one asks only about preferences. It gives an editorial palette suggestion for entertainment and reflection, so do not treat it as an assessment of your physical coloring.
